Exercise 15 – Getting links in one frame to open up in another frame
  1. Open contents.html in Notepad
  2. Place your cursor at the start of the line containing <h2><u>Contents</u></h2>
  3. Type <base target="welcome"> and hit the enter key
  4. Place your cursor immediately before the </body> end tag
  5. Type </base> and hit the enter key
  6. Save contents.html
  7. Refresh your browser. The links in the contents frame should now open up in your welcome frame. Click on the home link to return to the opening pages.
